Pet Practice Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") operates petpracticesolutions.com and the Pet Practice Solutions Partner Platform (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Services.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Information you provide directly:
- Contact information (name, email address, phone number) submitted through our contact or application forms
- Business information (practice name, location, website URL) provided during onboarding
- Account credentials for our Partner Platform
- Communications you send us through the platform, including support tickets and messages
- Content you create or upload through our platform (text, images, videos)
Information we collect automatically:
- Log data and usage information when you visit our website or use the platform
- Device and browser information
- IP address and general location (country/region)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
Information from third-party services:
- Google Analytics data from websites we manage on your behalf (with your authorization)
- Google Business Profile data (with your authorization via Leadsie or similar access tools)
- Google Search Console data (with your authorization)
- Review data from platforms you authorize us to access (Google, Yelp, Facebook)

- Manage your account and deliver the services outlined in your service agreement

- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our Services, including Google (Firebase, Analytics, Search Console), Vercel (hosting), and DataForSEO (keyword data). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Google APIs: Data from Google services accessed through our platform is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We access only the data necessary to provide the Services you have authorized.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: If Pet Practice Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We will never share your information with your competitors or with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. If you terminate your service agreement with us:
- We will retain your data for 90 days following termination to allow for data export requests
- After 90 days, your data will be deleted from our active systems
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you or your practice
- We will provide you with an export of your content (text, images) upon written request within 30 days of termination
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged into the Partner Platform
- Remember your preferences
- Analyze how our website is used (via Google Analytics)
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our platform.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data about your visit. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Client websites: Websites we build and manage for our clients also use Google Analytics (with the client's consent and authorization). Visitors to those websites are subject to the privacy policy of the respective veterinary practice. We provide guidance to our clients on their obligations under applicable privacy laws.
6. Data Security
We take the security of your information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Firebase Authentication for access control
- Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
- Firestore security rules restricting data access by authenticated users only
- Regular security reviews of our systems and access controls
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
